1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "35bd", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the 35bdbet.cam website and all services connected to it. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

"Account" means a member's personal account on the platform, created through registration. "Wallet" means the internal balance within the account that holds deposits, bonuses, and winnings together. "Bonus funds" means money credited for promotional purposes that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.

The English version of these terms shall be considered the primary document. In case of any dispute, 35bd's interpretation shall be final.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use any service on 35bd, a member must be at least 21 years of age. If asked to provide documents to verify age, doing so is mandatory. Account registration or use of services by minors is strictly prohibited.

The member must be a resident of a country or region where using this platform's services is lawful. It is the member's own responsibility to verify the legal status in their location. 35bd does not confirm the legal status of any member.

One person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all related accounts may be permanently closed and any bonuses accumulated may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

Correct and truthful information must be provided when opening an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being cancelled. Verification must be completed via an OTP sent to the mobile number or email address provided at registration.

3.2 Password Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account login details confidential. The password must not be shared with anyone, and if any suspicious activity is noticed, the support team must be contacted immediately. The member is responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

35bd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For this purpose, a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address, may be requested. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

35bd currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals must only be made using a payment account registered in the member's own name. Using another person's payment account is prohibited, and in such cases the transaction may be cancelled.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

The account's KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the related bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — however, the original deposit amount may remain withdrawable separately, subject to applicable conditions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed — meaning ৳10,000 in bets is required for a ৳1,000 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after wagering requirements are fully met will be withdrawable.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If unusual or manipulative betting behaviour aimed at exploiting bonuses is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own validity period. If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 35bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 Other Promotions

Promotions such as weekly cashback and VIP rewards each have their own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. Those terms also apply as part of these main terms and conditions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions are entirely the member's own. 35bd does not give betting advice and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by real dealers.

6.2 Technical Issues

If any bet or game session is left incomplete due to a server outage, network problem, or other technical reason, 35bd will review the game log and make a decision. That decision will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds may change in sports betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the outcome will be determined according to the betting rules. Live betting or in-play betting may be available for some matches, where odds change rapidly.

6.4 Casino Games

The rules for slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, fishing games, and other casino games are set by their respective game providers. 35bd does not govern those rules, but games shown on the platform are sourced from quality, tested providers.

7 VIP Program

35bd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can move up to a higher tier based on regular activity. A weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Example: a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week earns ৳160 cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited as a bonus and wagering requirements apply. 35bd reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the specific account.

8 Prohibited Activities

Members may not do any of the following:

• Operating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonus benefits.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software or systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or similar software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other members.
• Using 35bd's intellectual property or commercial information without authorisation.

Breaching these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of the related balance. 35bd also reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by 35bd

35bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of rule violations, suspected fraud, or for business or legal reasons. Whether any valid balance is returned will depend on the outcome of an investigation.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at any time by informing the support team via live chat or email. Any active bonus wagering will be cancelled when the account is closed. An option to temporarily pause the account for responsible gaming reasons is also available.

10 Limitation of Liability

35bd is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, disruption to third-party services, or problems with a member's own device or network. If services are temporarily unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.), 35bd is not obliged to pay any compensation.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

35bd's Privacy Policy explains in detail how members' personal information is collected, stored, and used. That document is an inseparable part of these terms and conditions. By registering, a member is considered to have also agreed to that policy.

35bd uses SSL encryption and other technical measures to keep members' data secure. Personal information is shared with third parties only as needed to operate the service and in accordance with the conditions set out in the privacy policy.

12 Changes to Terms and Contact

12.1 Right to Make Changes

35bd reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be informed by email or mobile message when significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any change means the member is considered to have agreed to the new terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If there is any dispute or complaint, please contact 35bd's support team first. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. If a direct resolution is not reached, 35bd will take appropriate steps through a review process.
